What we do
Cove Power is an owner, operator, and developer of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Community Solar systems. We work with property owners and electricity customers to develop fair and long-term partnerships that deliver turnkey income and/or low-cost power. We also provide related advisory and consulting services to property owners, investors, and other clients in the C&I solar market.​
Development
In partnership with our capital providers, Cove Power is actively developing projects in incentive-rich markets such as CT, RI, and NJ. ​

Each project is different, thus warranting an opportunistic view of how best to develop and exit an opportunity – be it through sale at NTP or self-own & operate.
System Ownership
We are principally focused on growing our portfolio through organic development but will consider the acquisition of externally-developed projects, particularly if there is an opportunity to enhance a system’s offtake through various strategies proprietary to Cove Power.​
Advisory Services
We work with clients across the country in guiding them on various aspects of the C&I solar development process: from initial site diligence to project management, EPC procurement, financial advisory and capital sourcing. ​

​In collaboration with our sister company, Cove Technologies, we can bring to bear proprietary power offtake solutions to enhance a project’s yield.
